摘　　要：在日常的人际交往中，人们在社交称谓的选择上往往会存在各种疑问或者是困难，甚至于使用不合适的称呼语，使对方产生排斥心理，妨碍交际的进行。主要论述了称谓的作用、影响社交称谓选择的因素以及在选择社交称谓时应该遵循的原则，为以后的人们在选择社交称谓时，起到一定的参考作用。In daily interpersonal communication, people might meet some uncertainties or difficulties in selecting social appellation. Sometimes they use improper appellation, which may make listeners feel embarrassed and hinder smooth communication. This article mainly discusses the functions of appellation, the influencing factors of selecting social appellation, and the principles people should follow when selecting social appellation.
