从科技论文产出看高校科研效率的提高——基于江苏某大学的案例分析

摘　　要：高校科技论文产出的年度分布、被引频次、机构分布可以反映学校科技工作发展的现状与趋势,因此,研究科技论文产出对于提高高校科研效率有着重要意义。高校要通过实施竞争激励机制,完善考核体制,加强学科建设和抓好人才队伍建设来提高科研管理的效率。The annual distribution, the cited times and the agency distribution of the scientific paper output of Nanjing University of Technology in the past five years can reflect its status and trends of the development of scientific research work. Therefore, the research on the output of scientific papers is of great significance for improving the efficiency of university scientific research. Competitive and incentive system can be implemented in Colleges and universities, improving effort to construct talent team so as to examination system, strengthening improve the efficiency of scientific discipline construction and making a great research management.
