摘　　要：目的探讨Stathmin蛋白在结直肠癌组织中的表达及与临床病理因素的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学SP法对58例结直肠癌组织、30例患者癌旁5 cm的正常黏膜组织中Stathmin蛋白的表达进行了检测,两组采用卡方检验连续性校正,以P<0.05有统计学意义。结果 Stathmin蛋白在结直肠癌组织中阳性率为69.0%(40/58),在正常黏膜中的阳性率为33.3%(10/30),Stathmin在癌组织表达明显高于正常黏膜(χ2=6.87,P<0.05);Stathmin蛋白表达与患者年龄、性别以及肿瘤组织的分化程度、浸润深度、是否有淋巴结转移关系不明显(χ2=0.26,P>0.05),与肿瘤的远处转移有关(χ2=9.83,P<0.05)。结论 Stathmin蛋白在结直肠癌组织中呈阳性的表达,除了与远处转移有一定关系,尚不能作为判断其余结直肠癌临床病理特性的依据。Objective To investigate Stathmin protein expression in colorectal cancer tissues and its relationship with clinical pathological factors. Methods The immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect Stathmin protein expression in colorectal cancer tissues of 58 patients, and in normal mucosal tissues 5 cm from primary tumors of 30 pateints. Data of the two groups were analyzed by the chi-square test （P 〈 0.05 ）. Results The positive rate of Stathmin protein in colorectal cancer was 69.0% （40/58）, and in normal mueosa ,33.3% （10/30）. Expression of Stathmin in cancerous tissue was significantly higher than that in normal mueosa （χ^2 = 6. 87, P 〈 0. 05 ）. There was no relationship between Stathmin protein expression and patientg age, sex, tumor differentiation degree, infiltration depth, and lymph node metastasis （χ^2 = 0. 26, P 〉 0. 05 ）. However, Stathmin protein expression was associated with the distant metastasis of tumor （χ^2 = 9. 83, P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions Stathmin protein was positively expressed in eolorectal cancer tissue, and was associated with distant metastasis, but it could not be used to judge the other clinical pathological characteristics of colorectal cancer.
