摘　　要：木聚糖酶作为一种饲料添加剂具有降低饲料粘度、提高养分利用率和机体免疫力、改善动物生产性能等作用，具有广阔的研究前景。本文从木聚糖酶的作用机理及其在畜禽生产中的应用等方面进行综述。As a kind of feed additive, xylanase has been used in animal nutritional physiolo- gy to reduce feed viscosity, improve use of nutritional material, and promote immunity and pro- duction performance of animals. The research on xylanase has broad prospects. In the article func- tioning mechanisms of xylanse and its application in animal production were reviewed.
