摘 要:针对连杆裂解加工中经常发生断裂面颗粒脱落而导致结合面面积缺损的问题。根据逆向工程理论,获取了连杆断裂结合面数据信息并重构三维断裂面,在采用TIN法显示连杆断裂结合面形貌特征的同时,利用三角面片拼接、累加原理定量描述了连杆断裂结合面面积。仿真实验结果表明:用裂解工艺加工某轿车连杆断裂面比用机械加工平面面积增加了13.1%以上,在不降低承载能力和使用性能的前提下,其颗粒脱落极限尺寸许可值比经验值大大提高,对裂解连杆生产具有重要意义。During the process of splitting connecting rod, the area defect of fracture surface often occurs due to particle shedding. The area defect dimension should be limited to ensure the quality of products. In this paper, the data information of connecting rod fracture surface was obtained and the three dimensional fracture surface was reconstructed based on reverse engineering idea. Then the morphology of the fracture surface was displayed using TIN method. Meanwhile, the defect area of fracture surface of connecting rod was quantitatively determined using triangular patch stitching and summation principles. Simulation results show that the area of con-rod joint surface obtained by splitting is 13.1% larger than that obtained by machining. Compared to empirical value, the particle shedding limit sizes of fracture surface has been substantially improved without reducing the bearing capacity and the use performance. This is quite significant to con-rod fracture splitting production.
