鲎试验测定CIK细胞悬液细菌内毒素方法的研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨检测CIK细胞悬液中的细菌内毒素的方法。方法:根据2010年版《中国药典》二部附录ⅪE,应用凝胶法鲎试验行CIK细胞悬液的细菌内毒素测定。结果:CIK细胞悬液稀释8倍后对细菌内毒素测定无干扰作用,CIK细胞悬液中细菌内毒素的含量均未超过限值。结论:用凝胶法鲎试验测定CIK细胞细菌悬液内毒素可行。Objective： To establish a method of bacterial endotoxin test for cytokine-induced killer （CIK） cells suspension. Methods： The experiment was conducted according to the bacterial endotoxin test in the appendix ⅪE of Chinese Pharmacopeia （Second Part, 2010 Edition）. Results： The CIK cells suspension did not interfere with the bacterial endotoxin test in 8 diluted concertrations and it＇s bacterial endotoxin limit accorded with regulation. Conclusion- The bacterial endotoxin test can be used for control the limit of bac- terial endotoxin of CIK ceils suspension.
