摘　　要：烟碱型乙酰胆碱受体(nAChR)分布于神经肌肉接头突触后膜上,分为ε–AChR和γ–AChR两种亚型。周围神经损伤和重症肌无力等神经肌肉疾病时,这两种亚型存在着亚基转换。它们在突触后膜上的表达转换可用作评价神经肌肉功能疾病恢复的指标。Objective Nicotinic acetylcholine receptors （nAChR） distribute in nerve muscle joints on the postsyn- aptic membrane, which may be devided into two two subtypes： the ε-AChR and γ -AChR. The neuromuscular disea- ses such as peripheral nerve injury and myasthenia gravis. The two subtypes exist subunite transformation,which can be used as evaluation index of neuromuscular disease function in postsynaptie membrane.
