摘　　要：目的提高临床医生对囊肿型薄壁空洞肺腺癌的诊断和鉴别的认识。方法分析我院2012年3月收治的1例囊肿型薄壁空洞肺癌的临床症状和病理资料及治疗方案。结果囊肿型薄壁空洞肺腺癌的临床表现、实验室检查均缺乏特异性,容易误诊,手术切除病理检查可明确诊断。结论临床医生应全面了解囊肿型薄壁空洞肺腺癌的临床、影像学、病理特点,提高本病诊断率。Objective To improve the clinicians to understand the diagnosis and identification of cyst type thin-walled hollow lung adenocarcinoma. Methods To analyze the clinical symptoms,pathological data and treatment plan. Results The clinical manifestation and laboratory examination of cyst type thin-walled hollow lung adenocarcinoma are both lack of specificity,it was verified finally by surgical removal of pathological biopsy. Conclusion Clinical image and pathological characters of cyst type thin-walled hollow lung adenocarcinoma should be mastered by clinicians to prevent misdiagnosis.
