摘　　要：目的:研究鸦胆子果实的化学成分。方法:采用反复硅胶色谱分离,Sephadex LH-20及重结晶等方法进行分离纯化,根据波普数据结合理化性质解析化合物结构。结果:从鸦胆子的果实中分离得到9个化合物,其结构分别鉴定为鸦胆子苦素D(1)、鸦胆子苦素E(2)、豆甾醇(3)、谷甾醇(4)、腺嘌呤核苷(5),豆甾醇-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(6)、尿嘧啶(7)、对羟基苯磺酸(8)。结论:6、7、8是首次在该植物中分离得到。Objective： To study on the chemical constituents from Brncea javanica （L） Merr. Methods： The compounds were isolated with silica gel and sephadex LH-20 column chromatography from Brucea javanica （L） Merr, and identified with various modem spectroscopic analysis and physical constants. Results： Eight compounds were isolated from seeds of Brucea javanica （L） Merr and identified as Bruceine D （1）, Bruceine E （2）, Stigmasterol （3）, Sitosterol （4）, Adenosine （5）. Stigmasterol-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside （6）, Uracil （7）, p-Hydroxybenzoic acid （8）.Conclusion： Compounds 6, 7, 8 were isolated from the plant for the first time.
