“低碳校园”建设的可行性分析与对策建议——以扬州市职业大学为例

摘　　要：以扬州市职业大学为例,从政策可行性、文化可行性、能源可行性和技术可行性等方面分析了创建"低碳校园"的现实可行性,并提出对策建议,包括加强"低碳校园"建设的宣传教育、建立健全管理考核机制、加强相关技术研发与应用、将低碳与绿色理念融入校园日常生活以及营造良好外部氛围等。文章的研究对于高校创建"低碳校园"、倡导普及低碳理念具有一定的现实指导意义。Taking Yangzhou Polytechnic College as an example, the article probed into the feasibility analysis of creating ＂low carbon campus＂ from the aspects of policy fcasibility, cultural feasibility, energy feasibility and technical feasibility, and put forward countermeasures and suggestions, which included strengthening publicity and education, establishing and perfecting the mechanism of management and assessment, beefing up the development and application of related technology integrating the concepts of low carbon and green into campus life, creating good external environment. It has certain theories guides with realistic meaning for establishing ＂low carbon campus＂, advocating and popularization of low carbon concept.
