摘　　要：目的设计实验室用简易滴丸装置,确定滴制工艺。方法以丸的外观、溶出时限、丸重差异为评价指标,对滴丸制备的影响进行考察,确定最佳制备工艺。结果简易滴丸装置设计合理,制备工艺可行,适合实验室使用。OBJECTIVE Design simple device of the drop pills used in laboratory and to detemline the best preparation technology. METHODS the performulation and technique of drop pills were optimized by the orthogonal experiment. Taking the appearance, weight variation and dissolution time grade as indexes, Studying the effect of drop pills molding. CONCLUSION The optimum techniques of the design simple, device is feasible, and it is Suitable for laboratory.
