森田疗法社会适应期训练对社区精神分裂症康复疗效的研究

摘　　要：目的研究森田疗法社会适应期课程对社区日间康复站精神分裂症患者的疗效。方法将76例社区日间康复站的精神分裂症患者随机分为研究组(39例)与对照组(37例)。对照组按原有的课程开展康复治疗。研究组加入森田疗法社会适应期课程内容,为期6个月。采用简明精神病评定量表(BPRS)对患者进行评定。结果干预后两组间BPRS分值比较,研究组情感交流障碍、情感平淡、运动阻滞3个项目评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论森田疗法社会适应期课程有助于社会精神分裂症患者的康复。Objective To study the efficacy of social adaptation course using morita therapy on the rehabilitation in community schizophrenic patients.Methods 76 community schizophrenic patients in inter-day rehabilitation center were randomized into control group （n =37） trained with original rehabilitation course and study group （n =39） trained with original course plus social adaptation course using morita therapy for 6 months.Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale （BPRS） was used to asses the efficiency.Results At the end of the 6-month intervention,item score of emotional withdrawal,blunted affect,motor retardation in BPRS in study group were significantly lower than those in control group （P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01）.Conclusion Social adaptation course using morita therapy is helpful to the rehabilitation of community schizophrenic patients.
