双重网络嵌入对海外人才跨国创业的影响研究——基于创业阶段视角

摘　　要：近些年来,随着国家经济水平日益发展,海外人才纷纷归国创业,海外人才归国创业对于促进我国经济发展和产业转型升级具有重要的意义。海外人才跨国创办企业具有双重网络嵌入的特征,即本地网络嵌入和海外网络嵌入。本文在海外人才跨国创业双重网络嵌入分析基础上,基于创业阶段的视角,从新企业创建期、成长期来分探析双重网络的动态演化。实证结果表明揭示:海外人才跨国创办企业在不同的创业阶段下,双重网络的嵌入利用对企业的绩效产生不同的影响。Recently, as the development of the Chinese economy, more and more ovemea elites come back to their homeland to start their own career, which is significant for the economy development and industry translation of china. This career- founding trend has two main features： native network inseting and oversea network inserting. This paper aims at analyzing the active interaction of the dual- network based from the angle of how to start a new career based on the perspective of the start - up stages. The result of the empirical anal- ysis shows that the irdluence of the dual- network inserting varies in different periods of the career- founding.
