摘　　要：公共窗口作为联系城市与世界的纽带,其外语服务水平直接体现了城市文明和城市服务能力。公共窗口良好的外语服务水平代表了城市的形象,提高公共窗口的外语服务水平,能促进城市的进一步发展。本文对宜春市部分行政单位的窗口服务人员的外语服务现状进行了调查,对其在城市发展中的重要作用进行分析,从而提出相关建议。As the link between the city and the world, dow embodies its＇city civilization and city service ability the foreign language service level of the public directly.
