玻璃纤维桩在残根残冠序列治疗和保存中的应用

摘　　要：目的观察玻璃纤维桩用于残根残冠序列治疗和保存的临床效果。方法选择68例82颗前、后牙残冠残根,经过完善的根管治疗术后,应用德国DMG的LuxaPost玻璃纤维桩和LuxaCore双固化复合树脂冠核修复材料,修复粘接形成桩核,恢复牙体外形,然后进行全瓷冠修复,完成序列治疗和保存。结果经过3年的复诊随访,80颗牙纤维桩均固位良好,1颗牙出现纤维桩松动,1颗牙出现根尖吸收,总有效率97.5%。结论玻璃纤维桩用于残根残冠序列治疗和保存具有良好的临床效果。Objective To observe the clinical of effect of glass fiber posts on dental treatment and preservation of sequence.Methods 82 residual teeth of anterior teeth and molar teeth from 68 patients were treated wiht perfect root canal therapy used the LuxaPost glass fibers and the LuxaCore dual curing resin composites,restored the post and core,formed the teeth shape,then used all-ceramic crown,finished the dental treatment and preservation of sequence.Results For follow-up 3 years,80 case was satisfaction,1 case glass fiber loosened,1 case emerged periapical resorption.The effective rate was 97.5 ％.Conclusion The glass fiber is effective for dental treatment and preservation of sequence.
