hMSH6和P53在散发性结肠癌中的表达及意义

摘　　要：目的:探讨hMSH6和P53蛋白在散发性结肠癌(SCC)中的表达及二者与SCC临床病理特征的关系。方法:采用免疫组化法检测60例SCC以及癌旁组织hMSH6和P53蛋白的表达情况。结果:SCC中hMSH6蛋白的阳性表达率明显低于癌旁组织,P53蛋白的阳性表达率明显高于癌旁组织(P<0.01,P<0.05)。SCC中hMSH6蛋白的表达与肿瘤浸润深度和发生部位有关(P<0.05);P53蛋白的表达与SCC临床病理特征均无关(P>0.05)。SCC中,hMSH6与P53蛋白的表达呈负相关(r=-0.321,P<0.05)。结论:hMSH6和P53蛋白的异常表达与SCC的发生发展和临床病理特征有关。Objective：To investigate the expression ofhMSH6 and P53 protein in sporadic colorectal carcinoma （SCC） and their relationships with clinicopathologic features of SCC. Methods：Immunohistochemical staining was used to detect the expression ofhMSH6 and P53 protein in 60 cases SCC and para-carcinorna tissue.Results：In SCC, the hMSH6 protein expression was obviously lower than that in para-careinoma tissue; while the P53 protein expression was obviously higher （P 0.0l, P〈 0.05）. In SCC, the positive expression of hMSH6 protein had relations with infiltration depth and location of tumor （P〈 0.05）; but the P53 protein expression had no relations with any clinicopathologic features of SCC. In SCC, the hMSH6 protein expression negatively correlated with P53 protein expression （r=-0.321, P〈 0.05）.Conclusions： Abnormal expression ofhMSH6 and P53 protein involves in development and clinicopathologic features of SCC.
