摘 要:相对于智商素质来讲,情商素质的提高主要靠后天的培养,其中环境因素对情商素质的开发培养至关重要。对大学生而言,环境的影响主要体现在社会环境、学校环境及家庭坏境三方面。只有社会环境、学校环境、家庭环境密切配合,才能对大学生情商素质的开发和培养发挥合力效能。以往人们比较重视学校环境对大学生情商素质开发培养的影响,而对社会与家庭环境的影响重视不够。基于此,特就社会与家庭环境对大学生情商素质开发的作用及影响进行分析阐述。Compared with IQ qualities, the EQ qualities are mainly influenced by the environmental factors, which are essential for the development of EQ qualities. For college students, the environmental impact is mainly reflected in the social environment, school environment and family environment. Only the close cooperation of social environment, school environment and family environment can produce sound effect on the development of the EQ qualitis. In the past, people lay more emphasis on the impact of the school environment on the EQ qualities' developing and cultivating of college students, while the impact of social and family environment did not draw people' s attention. Because of this, this paper makes an analysis and elaboration, especially on the development role and impact of social and family environment on the development of college students'EQ qualities.
