摘 要:在旅客群体性突发事件预警意义的基础上,对引发旅客群体性突发事件的内生警源、外生警源及其两者之间的关系进行了研究。在群体心理学理论的基础上分析了旅客突发事件的生成机理,构建了非线性的航班延误情境下旅客群体性突发事件预警体系,并提出旅客群体性突发事件的应急预案策略,包括以情感策略舒缓旅客的负面情绪,建立航空公司、机场和空管等部门的应急预案联动机制,改进航班延误补偿标准的行政法规,创新航空公司和机场应对旅客突发事件的学习机制。This paper, based on the early warning significance of Passenger Emergency Mass Incidents, analyzes internal and external alert sources which would cause Passenger Emergency Mass Incidents, and the relationship. On the basis of the the- ory of group psychology, it formation mechanism of passenger emergency incidents, and built the early warning system of passenger emergency mass incidents in the case of non-linear flight delay, and proposed emergency plan for dealing with the passenger emergency mass incidents, including relieving the negative emotions of passengers by affective strategies, establis- hing the emergency warning linkage mechanism between airlines, civil airports and air traffic control departments, improving the administrative regulations of flight delays compensation standards and innovating the learning mechanism to cope with passenger emergency incidents in airline and airport.
