p62、PCNA在结肠癌早期诊断、恶性程度及预后评价中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的探讨p62、增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)在结肠癌中的表达,评估其在结肠癌早期诊断、恶性程度及预后评价中的应用价值。方法采用免疫组织化学方法检测64例结肠癌p62、PCNA的表达情况,用酶联免疫吸附测定(ELISA)和Western blot对血清中p62抗体进行检测。结果结肠癌患者血清p62的阳性率为23.4%,明显高于结肠腺瘤血清和正常对照血清;64例结肠癌标本中有48例出现p62阳性表达,而PCNA在所有结肠癌中均可见阳性表达。结论 p62、PCNA检测对鉴别结肠癌的良、恶性,早期诊断,恶性程度及预后评估均有重要参考意义。Objective To investigate p62,proliferating cell nuclear antigen （PCNA） expression in colon cancer tissue and eva luate their application value in early diagnosis, malignant degree and prognosis of colon cancer. Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect p62, PCNA expression in 64 cases of colon cancer tissues, enzyme linked immunosorbent assay （ELISA） and Wes-tern Blot were adopted to detect serum p62 antibody. Results The positive rate of serum p62 expression of patients with colon ean-cer was 23.4 % ,which was significantly higher than those of patients with colonic adenoma and healthy people, p62 expression in 48 samples were founct positive among 64： samples of colon cancer,while PCNA was found positive expression in all colon cancer tissues above. Conclusion p62,PCNA detection demonstrate valuable reference significance in differentiating benign and malignant colon cancer,early diagnosis,and assessment of malignancy degree and prognosis.
