摘　　要：本文分析了目前高职健康服务类专业学生在顶岗实习中的存在问题,从构建高职学生顶岗实习教学管理组织框架、制定全程质量管理制度及其保障体系、建立全程质量过程管理机制以及建立全程质量管理评价体系等方面提出了做好顶岗实习教学管理对策措施。Some existing problems in the inpost practice now for higher vocational students major in health service were analyzed in the paper. Some countermeasures of conducting education management of inpost practice, including establishing the organizational management network of education management, formulating the whole quality manage ment system and its safeguard system, constructing full quality process management mechanism and setting up full quality management evaluation system,were put forward in the paper.
