摘　　要：英国残疾人直接支付制度不但增强残疾人福利产品的多元化,同时也能够促进了残疾人的自我发展,满足残疾人家庭的需求。本文通过剖析英国残疾人直接支付制度的优势和特征,并从中得到对中国残疾人社会福利体系的几点启示:一是增权理念的引入;二是政府与服务机构之间的良性互动;三是专业社会工作者的介入。这些皆有利于构建有中国特色的残疾人社会福利体系。Direct payments in UK not only enhances the diversification of social welfare products for the disabled, but also improves the disable's development, as well as meets the needs of the families. This paper analyses the advantages and characteristics of the direct payments. Moreover, we gain some inspirations for Chinese social welfare of the disabled: introducing the empowerment theory; good relationship between the local governments and service organizations; professional social workers' intervene.These can be beneficial to Chinese social welfare for the disabled.
