摘　　要：随着军队医疗保障制度改革的不断深化，对新时期团职干部医疗保健工作的服务模式、保障质量提出更高的要求。本文阐述了试点医院在积极推行兰州战区的团级干部门诊就医”一卡通”过程中的做法和体会，并结合试点情况及存在问题，提出了相关改进措施，为下一步在全军推广团级干部门诊就医”一卡通”打下良好基础。With the army medical security system reform continued to deepen, the TuanZhi cadres in the new period the service mode of medical and health work,ensure quality put forward higher requirements. This article expounds the pilot hospitals at the regiment level cadres in war zones in lanzhou,ac- tively promote the clinic and combining with the situation and existing problems, puts forward the relevant improvement measures,for the next step in the ar- my regiment lay a good foundation.
