摘  要:20世纪70年代美国临床心理学家Fredenberger和美国社会心理学家Meshach在研究中发现:护士作为服务于人群的职业群体,容易在工作中逐渐出现自卑、冷漠、厌恶工作等表现,并导致工作效率下降、辞职等倾向,针对这一现象,他们提出了职业倦怠(Job.Burnout),In the 1970 s America Fredenberger clinical psychologists and social psychologists Meshach found in the study:the nurse professional group as a service to people, easy work in gradually appear self--abased, indifference, aversion to work performance, and result in lower productivity, resignation tend- ency,in reaction to the phenomenon,their Job Burnout (. Job Burnout) was proposed,and as a proper noun is introduced into scientific literature . Nurses especially the pediatric nurses often face with family members, children cry loud criticism and accused, led criticism of the doctor, the complexity of relationship lead to pediatric nurse job stress, chronic stress that they produce the job burnout. Author in the field of pediatric nurses job burnout in nursing research pro- gress are briefly introduced, in order to provide references for job burnout assessment and intervention.
