摘  要:目的:建立核桃隔膜黄酮类物质含量的测定方法,并比较不同产地核桃隔膜中黄酮类物质含量的差异。方法:以木犀草苷为对照品,采用分光光度法对核桃隔膜提取物中黄酮类物质的含量进行测定,并比较了60%乙醇回流、索式、超声3种提取方法所得提取物中黄酮类物质的含量。结果:木犀草苷线性范围15.86-47.5711g/mL,回归方程为Y=0.0132X+0.0156(r=0.9995),平均回收率(n=6)99.43%(RSD=3.02%),60%乙醇超声法所得提取物中黄酮类物质含量最高(42.19%),新疆高于云南核桃隔膜中黄酮类物质的含量。结论:分光光度法可以作为核桃隔膜的质量控制方法之一,用60%乙醇超声法提取所得提取物中黄酮类物质的含量较高。Objective: To develop a method for the determination of total contents of flavonoids in dissepiment of Juglans regia extracts, and compare their contents in dissepiment of Juglans regia from different origins. Methods: The total contents of flavonoids was determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry by using the standard of luteoloside. The detection was carried out under wavelength of 500 nm, and NaNO2-AI(NO3)3-NaOH as chromogenic agent. Results: The linear ranges of luteoloside was 15.86-47.57 IJg/mL and regression equation was Y=0.0132X+0.0156(r=0.9995). The average recoveries of total flavonoids was 99.43% (RSD=3.02%). The total contents of flavonoids in powder obtained by ultrasonic(42.19%) was higher then that of others, and from Xinjiang above that from Yunnan. Conclusions: Spectrophotometric method can be used for the quality control of walnut diaphragm, and the total contents of flavonoids in powder obtained by ultrasonic(42.19%) is high.
