摘 要:目的探讨XIAP和Smac在非小细胞肺癌中的表达及其意义。方法分别采用免疫组织化学和RT-PCR的方法检测XIAP、Smac在非小细胞肺癌中的表达情况。结果非小细胞肺癌中XIAP蛋白和mRNA水平明显高于正常肺组织(P<0.01),而非小细胞肺癌中Smac蛋白和mRNA水平明显低于正常肺组织(P<0.01)。XIAP和Smac的表达与非小细胞肺癌的分化程度密切相关(P<0.05),而与组织学类型、年龄、性别、临床分期、有无淋巴转移无关(P>0.05)。XIAP在非小细胞肺癌癌中的阳性表达与Smac的表达呈负相关(r=-0.51,P<0.05)。结论 XIAP在非小细胞肺癌中的表达明显上调,而Smac的表达则明显下调。两者表达的改变可能与非小细胞肺癌的发生、发展相关。[ Objective ] To study the value of the expression of XIAP and Smac in non-small cell lung cancer. [Methods ] XIAP and Smac expressions were detected by immunohistochemistry and RT-PCR in NSCC tissues and normal lung tissues. [Results] Expression of XIAP was higher in NSCC tissues than in normal lung tissues, but Smac was lower (P 〈0.01). The expression of XIAP and Smac were correlated with differentiated degree(P 〈0.05), but were not correlated with histological type, age, gender, clinical stage and lymph node metastasis(P 〉0.05). The posi- tive expression levels of XIAP and Smae were negative correlated in non-small cell lung cancer tissues (r =-0.51, P 〈0.05). [ Conclusion ] XIAP expression up-regulated but Smac expression down-regulated in non-small cell lung tissues, their changes may play a important role in NSCC development.
