摘 要:逆创新指首发于新兴发展中国家的创新模式。后金融危机时代,逆创新受到关注并在实践中取得成功。竞争性情报是新兴国家的企业实施逆创新的重要战略工具。逆创新模式下的企业应更注重技术创新对标的市场的理解,这要求竞争性情报工作下移。以本国为创新产品首发地,进行技术预测,构建人际竞争情报网络,进行持久有序的竞争情报活动并加强反竞争情报意识是中国企业逆创新的路径。Reverse innovation refers to the innovation model which first launches in the emerging developing countries. After the financial crisis, it is concerned and gains success in practice. CI is an important strategic tool, adopted by emerging country enterprises to carry out reverse innovate. Under reverse innovation mode, enterprises should pay more attention to technology, innovation understanding of target market, This requires CI activities move down. To be the first-launched place for the innovative products, technology forecasting, buihting interpersonal CI network, sustainable CI activities, strengthening anti-Cl awareness are the paths for Chinese enterprises. This research can promote Chinese enterprises to become the first-movers based on competitive intelligence and seize the innovation advantages in this round.
