摘  要:弹性防退卡瓦是一种新型井下锚定机构,该卡瓦在坐封过程中需要发生较大的弹性变形,因此对零件的不同部位提出了完全不同的性能要求,加工制造难度也随之加大。通过对该防退卡瓦结构特点的分析,研究了2种不同的局部渗碳工艺对防退卡瓦性能的影响。研究结果表明,采用整体渗碳后肋部退火工艺加工的卡瓦坐挂后肋部发生明显的断裂,这是由于整体渗碳而使卡瓦肋部碳含量大大提高后,退火处理并不能有效改善其塑性和韧性。而采用涂抹防渗涂料的局部渗碳淬火工艺,既保证了防退卡瓦的齿部硬度,又达到了卡瓦肋塑性和韧性的要求。相对于整体渗碳后肋部退火工艺,涂抹防渗涂料的局部渗碳淬火工艺具有更好的整体性能。The elastic anti-back sliding slips are a kind of new downhole anchoring mechanism. The slips will undergo remarkable elastic deformation in the process of setting. Therefore, the different performance requirements are given to the different positions of the parts and the processing and manufacturing difficulty increases. Through a- nalysis of the design feature of the slips, the effects of two local carburizing technologies on the slips performance were studied. The research findings show that noticeable fracture takes place on the slips rib processed by annealing after overall carburizing. This is due to overall carburizing which makes the slips rib carbon content increase remark- ably and annealing cannot effectively improve the rib' s plasticity and toughness. But local earburizing quenching technology which applies impermeable dope ensures the tooth hardness of the slips and satisfies the plasticity and toughness requirement of the slips rib. Compared with rib annealing after overall carburizing, it has the better over- all performance.
