摘　　要：科技创新呼唤创新文化先行。在对传统文化进行分析、批判、继承的基础上,并借鉴美国创新文化的优点,着重提出有利于构建我国创新文化的着力措施,以更好推动科技创新和科技进步。Sci - tech innovation calls for innovative culture antecedently. Extensively absorbing the merits of USA＇ s inno- vative cuhure, the article emphatically suggests some measures for building innovation - oriented culture based on analysis, animadversion and inheritance from China＇ s traditional culture in order to better promote sci -tech innovation and sci - tech progress.
