摘　　要：通过文献调研与专家访谈初步拟定指标框架,运用德尔菲法请30名专家进行两轮问卷咨询,根据专家的反馈意见及统计分析结果对指标体系进行筛选与修正,初步构建一套注重产业技术创新联盟特色、定性与定量相结合的产业技术创新联盟绩效评价指标体系。The paper uses the literature review method and expert interviews to form the initial construction of evaluation in- dex, it uses the Delphi method to investigate 30 experts research on industrial technology innovation alliance through two rounds of questionnaire consulting. Then the paper screens and corrects the index system according to expert feedback and the results of statistical analysis to set up a distinctive characteristic, qualitative and quantitative performance evaluation in- dex system of industrial technology innovation alliance.
