摘　　要：目的 :评价非小细胞肺癌术后放疗的价值。材料与方法 :1992年 1月至 12月 149例非小细胞肺癌 ,单纯手术 64例术后放疗 85例 ,放疗剂量 4 0～ 60 Gy。结果 :术后随访 5年以上 ,术后放疗组局部复发率 2 9.4 % ,低于手术组 4 2 .2 %。1,3,5年生存率单纯手术组 65.6% ,34 .8% ,9.4 % ,术后放疗组 67.1% ,4 2 .4 % ,2 2 .4 % ,两组 5年生存率差异有显著意义 ( P<0 .0 5)。结论 :术后放疗可降低局部复发率 ,术后放疗组Objective: To evaluate radiotherapty after operation for NSCLC.Materials and Methods: From January to December 1992,149 cases of NSCLC.64 cases treated by operation alone,85 cases treated by postoperative radiotherapy.The radiotherapy dose was 40～60Gy.Results: Within 5 years operation,The regional recurence of postoperative radiotherapy group was 29.4% lower than the group by operation alone 42.2%.The 1,3,5year survial rates of operation group were 65.6%,34.8%,9.4%,of postoperative radiotherapy group were 67.1%,42,4%,22.4%.(Only 5 year survial rates p<0.05).Conclusion: The regional recurence was lower in those who received postoperative radiotherapy than those did not .The 5 year survial rate was higher in those who received postoperative radiotherapy.
