摘 要:目的研究大蒜多糖C(GP-C)对大运动量训练小鼠外周血淋巴细胞亚群的影响。方法采用大运动量游泳训练模型,应用流式细胞术测量小鼠外周血淋巴细胞亚群的百分比含量和CD4+/CD8+比值。结果大运动量训练能导致实验动物外周血CD4+T含量以及CD4+/CD8+比值下降,CD8+T含量升高;GP-C则能促使其回复到正常水平。结论 GP-C能有效缓解大运动量训练后导致的免疫功能失衡,促使其恢复到平衡状态。Objective To study the effects of the Garlic Polysaccharide C (GP-C) on the lymphocyte subsets in the peripheral blood of mice with high intensity training. Methods The high intensity training model was produced by high intensity swimming training. The percentage of peripheral blood lymphocyte subsets and the CD4^ +/CD8^ +ratio were measured by the flow cytometry. Results The high intensity training reduced the CD4^ + T percentage and the CD4 ^+/CD^ +ratio, and increased the CD8^ + T percentage. GP-C could reverse the changes to the normal levels. Conclusion GP-C can balance the immunological function of training mice.
