摘 要:目的 研究一氧化氮 (NO)对大鼠胃扩张引起胃酸分泌的影响。方法 采用自动酸滴定法测定胃酸排出量 ,观察不同程度胃扩张对胃酸分泌的影响 ,探讨NO在胃内不同程度扩张引起胃酸分泌中的作用。结果 胃内灌注压力提高引起胃酸排出量增加 ,分别比基础值增加 337%和 912 % ,具有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 ,P <0 .0 1) ;预先静脉注射NO合酶抑制剂L -NG -硝基精氨酸甲酯 (L -NAME)可使胃扩张引起胃酸分泌作用明显减弱 ;预先静脉注射NO合成前体L -精氨酸 (L -Arg)可以完全翻转NO合酶抑制剂L -NAME对胃扩张引起的胃酸分泌的抑制作用。结论 胃内不同程度扩张刺激引起胃酸排出量增加 。Objective To investigate the role of NO in gastric distension-stimulated gastric acid secretion in rats. Methods 27 rats were divided randomly into 3 groups :group A(n=11) received gastric distension of different degrees; group B(n=7) were pretreated with L-nitro-arginine methylester(L-NAME) prior to gastric distension ;group C(n=9) were pretreated with L-arginine(L-Arg) and L-NAME before gastric distension .Automatic titration was used to measure gastric acid output(GAO). Results Gastric acid secretory responses to low and high degrees of gastric distension were augmented by 337% and 912% respectively, compared with the basal value(P<0.05,P<0.01). The gastric acid secretion response to gastric distension was significantly attenuated by pretreatment with L-NAME. The inhibitory effect of L-NAME on distension-stimulated gastric acid secretion could be reversed by the addition of L-Arg. Conclusion NO was involved in regulation the level of gastric distension-stimulated gastric secretion.
