摘  要:学业考试作为一种重要的教学与人才评价制度,具有测评、反馈、激励、管理等多种功能,对高校教学与人才培养质量具有极大的提升作用。目前由于对高校学业考试的概念、性质认识不清以及功能异化等原因导致诸多问题。为此,本文在厘清高校学业考试概念、辨明其性质的基础上,从考试功能的视角具体分析了我国高校学业考试存在的问题,并提出了相应的对策。As an important teaching and talent evaluation system , academic examination has multiple functions such as evaluation, feedback, stimulation and management, which plays a key role in improving the quality of talent training and teaching in universities. At present, the concept and attribute of academic examination is not clear and the function of academic examination is dissimilated, which leads to many problems. Therefore, based on clarifying and discerning the concept and attribute of university academic examination, the article analyses the problem of university academic examination in China from the perspective of examination function,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures ,
