摘　　要：马斯洛需要层次理论的核心观点是个体成长发展的内在力量是动机。而动机是由多种不同性质的需要所组成,各种需要之间,有先后顺序与高低层次之分;每一层次的需要与满足,将决定个体人格发展的境界或程度。因此,我们在日常的教育教学中,要切实顾及受教育者个体的需要,尤其是艺术类大学生,因为他们与其他专业的学生相比有其自身的特点,才能使艺术类大学生的身心得到健康的发展。The key point of Maslow＇s needs hierarchy theory is that the inner strength of individual growth and development is mo- tivation. The motivation is made up of a variety of different needs, among a variety of needs, there is a hierarchy of order and points; in every level, and the needs will determine the development of the individual personality of the realm or degree. Therefore, in our daily education and teaching, to effectively take into account the need for educated individuals, especially art students, because they have their own characteristics compared to the other majors, to make art students＇ physical and mental healthy develop.
