摘 要:马斯洛需要层次理论的核心观点是个体成长发展的内在力量是动机。而动机是由多种不同性质的需要所组成,各种需要之间,有先后顺序与高低层次之分;每一层次的需要与满足,将决定个体人格发展的境界或程度。因此,我们在日常的教育教学中,要切实顾及受教育者个体的需要,尤其是艺术类大学生,因为他们与其他专业的学生相比有其自身的特点,才能使艺术类大学生的身心得到健康的发展。The key point of Maslow's needs hierarchy theory is that the inner strength of individual growth and development is mo- tivation.
