摘　　要：为体现以人为本、因材施教的教育观,促使学生最大化和个性化发展,转专业已经成为高校重要的教育管理制度之一,本文对大学生转专业的原因及盲目转专业而带来的负面影响进行了深入分析,提出亟待构建大学生转专业的良性机制.In order to reflect the people-oriented, teach students in accordance with their aptitude education, encourage stu- dents to maximize and personalized development, major transfer has become one of the important educational management system of University, the negative influence the students turn professional reasons and blindly turn professional and bring the in-depth analysis, put forward to build a benign mechanism of college students turn professional.
