摘　　要：近年来,伴随着我国研究生教育的不断发展,研究生人数与日俱增,研究生教育质量问题日益引起人们的关注.简而言之,现在国内的研究生教育面临的问题是：多而不精.本文主要从研究生教育的现状分析,把生源、培养方式、导师等方面因素作为我国研究生教育质量进探讨的指标,进而提出相关建议来提高研究生发展水平.In recent years, with continuous development of graduate education in our country, the number of graduate stu- dents are increasing, education quality problem of the graduate students increasingly aroused people＇s concern. In short, more and master of none are the problem what the domestic graduate student education faced with. This paper mainly analysis from the present situation of graduate education, make source of students, training modes, mentor and ect factors as indicators of quality of graduate education in our country into the discussion, put forward related suggestions to improve the level of de- velopment of graduate student.
