公务员考试与行政管理专业教学改革刍议

摘　　要：行政管理专业基本定位是为国家各级各类行政事业单位培养行政管理人才,但目前我国行政管理专业学生参加国家公务员考试以及地方公务员考试并没有发挥出优势.行政管理专业学生在公务员考试中要能体现出优势,可从以下方面对行政管理专业进行教学改革：以培养行政职业能力为核心,设计科学合理的课程体系；改革课堂教学方式方法,优化行政管理专业教学方法；改革知识再现型内容的考试,探索反映学生能力水平的考试设计.The basic orientation of Administrative professional is training administrative personnel for the country at all lev- els of administrative units, but the current administration students did not play advantage when participate in our national civil service examination, and local civil service exam. Administrative management students in the civil service exam to be able to reflect the advantages, we can reform from the following aspects of the administrative management teaching： to foster administrative professional capacity of the core scientific and rational design of curriculum; reform of classroom teaching methods, optimize administrative teaching methods; reform reproduction of knowledge-based content examination, explore the exam designs to reflect students＇ proficiency.
