正交试验优选麻荆胶囊中牡荆油的包合工艺

摘　　要：目的:优选麻荆胶囊中牡荆油的包合工艺。方法:以牡荆油与β-环糊精比例、牡荆油与水的比例、包合时间为考察因素,以包合物中牡荆油含量为评价指标,采用正交试验优选工艺。结果:优选的工艺为牡荆油与β-环糊精的比例为1∶8(V/V)、牡荆油与水的比例为1∶80(V/V),包合时间为1.5 h。结论:所选方法合理、可行,可用于麻荆胶囊中牡荆油的包合。OBJECTIVE： To optimize the inclusion technology of Oleum Viticis Negtmdo in Majing capsules. METHODS： The inclusion technology was optimized by orthogonal experiment with the proportion of Oleum Viticis Negundo to β-cyclodextrin, the proportion of Oleum Viticis Negundo to water and inclusion time as factors using the content of Oleum Viticis Negundo as index. RESULTS： Optimal technology was as follows： the proportion of Oleum Viticis Negundo to β-cyclodextrin 1 ： 8 （ V/V）, the propor- tion of Oleum Viticis Negundo to water 1 ： 80 （V/V）, inclusion time 1.5 h. CONCLUSIONS ： The method is reasonable and feasi- ble, and it is suitable for the inclusion of Oleum Viticis Negundo in Majing capsules.
