摘 要:本试验研究了丁酸梭菌与鼠李糖乳杆菌混合培养对肠道中沙门氏菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、产气荚膜梭菌和大肠杆菌4种致病菌的影响。结果表明:丁酸梭菌对这4种菌均有明显的抑制作用,可使其菌落数下降3~5个数量级;鼠李糖乳杆菌可降低产气荚膜梭菌、沙门氏菌菌落数;丁酸梭菌与鼠李糖乳杆菌混合培养可使4种致病菌菌落数均下降3~4个数量级。由此可见,两种菌混合培养对4种病原微生物的抑制无协同作用。This experiment was conducted to study the effects of the mixed culture of Clostridium butyricum and Lactobacillus rhamnosus on intestinal pathogens,including Salmonella gallinarum,Staphylococcus aureus ,Clostridium perfringens and Escherichia coli.The results showed that :the Clostridium butyricum significantly inhibited the number of these four types of bacteria and made them down 3 - 5 orders of magnitude;Lactobacillus rhamnosus reduced Clostridium perfringens ,Salmonella gallinarum colonies;the mixed culture of Clostridium butyricum and LactobaciUus rharnnosus made four kinds of bacteria down 3 - 4 orders of magnitude.The results indicated that the mixed culture of strains had no synergistic inhibition effect on the four kinds of pathogenic microorganisms.
