摘　　要：目的 :探讨严重应激反应及适应障碍患者混合淋巴细胞反应及IL - 2活性的变化。方法 :对 15例患者治疗前后自身混合淋巴细胞反应 (AMLR)、同种异体混合淋巴细胞反应 (MLR)及IL - 2活性进行测定并与 15例正常对照者进行比较。结果 :患者组AMLR、MLR的每分钟脉冲数 (cpm)及IL - 2活性治疗前分别为 2 46 2、9815、89U/ml,治疗后分别为 36 6 5、15 143、10 8U/ml,对照组AMLR、MLR的cpm及IL - 2活性分别为 5 0 10、2 1787、174U/ml。结论 :提示患者的免疫调节功能缺损 ,异常的免疫调节功能不仅与细胞因子作用有关 。Objective:The aims of the study were to investigate the changes of functions of immunomodulation in patients with severe stress reaction and adjustment disorder.Methods: Autologous mixed lymphocyte reaction(AMLR)and allogenic mixed lymphocyte reaction(MLR)of 15 patients (patient group,PG)were compared with that of 15 matched normal subjects (control group,CG)by using the 3H-TdR incorporation assay,and interleukin-2(IL-2)activity of PG and CG were simultaneously determined and compared.Results:It was found that PG showed a significant lower AMLR,MLR and IL-2 activity than that of CG.After one month treatment,a remarkably increased AMLR and MLR were observed in PG,while IL-2 activity went up slightly Conclusions:It was suggested that the patient′s abnormal function of immunomodulation might be associated not only with cytokine action but with the status of acute anxiety and depression as well.More researches seem to be needed to clarify whether the clinical and neuroendocrine factors are involved in the abnormalities of immunomodulation in patients.
