OZil扭动智能超声ip功能在硬核白内障超声乳化术中应用

摘　　要：目的观察OZil扭动智能超声ip功能在硬核白内障超声乳化术中的应用。方法临床病例对照研究。对2012年3-6月在邢台市眼科医院就诊的160例（200只眼）Ⅳ级核硬度白内障患者按入院顺序编号应用SPSS软件随机分组程序分为A、B两组。A组78例（100只眼）行OZil扭动智能超声乳化白内障摘除术；B组82例（100只眼）行传统超声乳化白内障摘除术。观察术中的前房稳定性、超乳时间、针头堵塞以及术后视力恢复等情况。结果A、B两组前房稳定性差异有统计学意义（x^2=11．49，P=0．01，P〈0．05），显示在开启了OZil ip功能后前房稳定性好；术中超声时间A组明显少于B组（t=-9．516，P=0．01）；术中A组超声乳化针头阻塞情况明显好于B组（x^2=5．158，P=0．023，P〈0．05）。术后第一天视力A组明显好于B组（x^2=24．12，P=0．000，P〈0．01）。结论在硬核白内障超声乳化术中OZil扭动超声ip功能是一种高效、安全、智能化的软件。Objective To observe ip functions of OZil torsional Intelligent mode in the applica- tfon of hard nuclear cataract phacoemulsification. Methods One hundred and sixty patients （200 eyes） with degree IV nuclear cataract were randomly divided into group A and B. The cataract sur- gery was done with OZil torsional intelligent phacoemulsification mode in group A, with traditional phacoemulsification mode in group B. The situations of the anterior chamber stability, energy release time and the rate of obstruction in the needle were observed. Results Anterior chamber stability in group A was better than that in group B （P 〈0.05）. The intraoperative ultrasound time in group A was obviously less than that in group B （P 〈0.01）. The rate of the needle obstruction in group A was less than that in group B （P 〈0.05）. The visual acuity of group A was better than that of group B at the first day after surgery （P 〈0.01）. Conclusions The application of ip functions of OZil torsional phacoemulsification in hard nuclear cataract surgery is efficient, safe and intellective.
