摘  要:目的在1.8mm微切口超声乳化术中应用囊袋张力环对半脱位白内障吸除术的应用观察。方法对2011年8月至2012年8月在宁波市眼科医院收治的22例24只眼不同原因所致晶状体不全脱位的患者,行微切口超声乳化术中囊袋张力环(capsular tension ring,CTR)植入在半脱位白内障吸除术中应用,术后及随访期间观察患者视力、眼压、IOL位置及并发症情况,并做眼底及相关检查。随访时间:1周、1个月、3个月。结果所有患者均一次性成功施行超声乳化白内障摘除及后房型IOL囊袋内植入术。所有患者术后视力较术前显著提高,其中,最佳矫正视力〉0.2者1只眼,0.2—0—3者5只眼,0.4~0.8者12只眼,〉0.8者6只眼。随访期间无后节并发症出现。结论微切口下CTR应用于晶状体半脱位的手术使前房更稳定,提高超声乳化手术的成功率及10L植入的稳定性,使治疗安全有效,且并发症较少,具有很好的应用前景。Objective To observe the application of capsular tension ring in 1.8mm micro-inci- sion phacoemulsification suction of subluxation cataract surgery. Methods Twenty-four eyes of 22 patients with lens subluxation caused differently applied capsular tension ring (capsular tension ring, CTR) implantation subluxation cataract suction in addition to surgery. Visual acuity, intraocular pres- sure, IOL position, complications, fundus and related checks were performed postoperatively. Fol- low-up time was 1 week, 1 month, 3 months. Results All patients were one-time successful imple- mentation of phacoemulsification after room IOL implantation in the capsular bag. Visual acuity of all patients improved significantly postoperative, which best corrected visual acuity〉0.2 in one eye, 0.2-0.3 in 5 eyes, 0.4-0.8 in 12 eyes, 〉0.8 in six eyes. No posterior segment complications occurred during follow-up. Conclusions Micro incision under the CTR apply more stable anterior chamber to allow the lens subluxation surgery to improve the success rate of phacoemulsification and the IOL implantation stability. It is safe and effective treatment with fewer complications. It is a good prospect of application.
