2011年山东省白内障复明手术患者分布状况研究

摘　　要：目的了解山东省大规模白内障复明项目中手术患者的分布特点，为今后的防盲治盲工作提供数据。方法统计白内障手术上报系统中17市上报的105846例患者信息，记录性别、年龄及相关术前检查数据。结果105846例患者接受了白内障患者复明手术，其中男、女分别为41804例和64042例：71～80岁患者所占比重最高，占38％，其次为61～70岁和80岁以上患者，分别占29％和14％；左、右眼患病患者分别为52609例和53237例，分别占总例数的49．70％和50．30％；患者术前白内障分类以年龄相关性类别所占比例最高（89．59％）；手术后患者视力状况有了明显改善。结论应加强老年女性人群的眼病防治知识宣传教育及白内障手术的动员工作，长期坚持白内障复明等防盲工作，建立起防盲治盲长效机制，争取早日达到“视觉2020人人享有看见的权利”战略目标。Objective To understand the distribution in patients in large-scale cataract-extraction project of Shandong province, and to provide scientific data for prevention of blindness in future. Methods Statistical the information from the Cataract surgery reported system of 17 cities in Shah- dung province. Gender, age and preoperative examination data of 105846 patients were recorded. Results All 105846 patients （males 41804 and females 64042） were selected. The 61-70 years old population occupied the highest ratio was 38%, the 61-70 years old and 80 years old patients was 29% and 14%, respectively. Left eye patients were 52609 cases （49.70%） and 53237 right eye pa- tients （50.30%）, the senile cataract occupied the highest ratio was 89.59%. The sight of patients was found to be significantly improved after the operation. Conclusions The propaganda and pub.lic health education of eye problems to female patients should be further strengthened. The elimination of cataract blindness in blindness prevention is to be done long-term adherence, to achieve the ＂Vi- sion 2020-the Right to Sight＂ strategic goals.
