FR-Ⅲ矫治替牙期前牙反的机理探讨

摘　　要：目的 :观察 Frankel功能调节器 型 (以下简称 FR- )矫治替牙期前牙反的效果 ,从而探讨FR- 矫治替牙期反机理。方法 :采用 FR- 对 42例替牙期前牙反儿童进行矫治 ,通过头影测量观察其矫治前后上下颌硬组织及位置改变。结果 :FR- 能矫正上下颌基骨异常的矢状关系 ,主要变化是下颌骨向下、向后旋转 ,改变下颌骨生长的方向 ,同时使下颌切牙舌倾、上前牙唇倾 ,上颌骨向前生长。矫治后前牙的反覆、反覆盖关系变为正常。结论 :FR- 是矫治替牙期前牙反的理想方法之一 ,其机理是下颌骨向下、向后旋转 ,舌倾下切牙 ,唇倾上前牙 。Objective:To observe the effect of anterior crossbite in mixed dentition stage treated by FR Ⅲ, especialy the position changes of the basal bone and anterior teeth between maxilla and mandible.Methods:42 cases in mixed dentition stages with anterior crossbite were treated by FR Ⅲ, cephalometric tracing measurement were taken in the beginning and at the end of treatment.Results:FR Ⅲ can correct the abnormal sagittal relationship of the basal bone between maxilla and mandible. The main changes were the downward and backward rotation of the mandible, the retrusion of the lower incisors, the protrusion of the upper incisors.FR Ⅲ also promotes the growth of maxilla and reaches the normal relationship of the anterior overjet and overbite.Conclusion:FR Ⅲ is one of the ideal treatment for anterior crossbite in mixed dentition. Its mechanism is downward and backward rotation of the mandible, the retrusion of the lower incisors, the protrusion of the upper incisors and the forward growth of maxilla.
