摘　　要：紧张型头痛是临床常见的头痛类型之一，目前采用A型肉毒毒素治疗此症的报道大多呈现阳性结果。然而，在部分随机、双盲、安慰剂对照的试验研究中却出现相反的矛盾结果。本文就当前紧张型头痛与采用A型肉毒毒素注射治疗的研究资料进行综述分析。Tension-type headache is one of the most common clinical headaches, seriously af- fecting the patient＇s daily life. At present, botulinum toxin A showed mostly positive results in the treatment of tension-type headache. However, opposite results were also appeared in the random- ized, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial study. This article is summarized the research progress of tension-type headache and the treatment with botulinum toxin A.
