摘 要:目的:通过溶胶-凝胶法合成季铵盐改性硅酸盐可聚合抗菌单体,将该抗菌单体整合入聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)树脂,并研究抗菌性PMMA树脂对白色念珠菌的抗菌效果。方法:以正硅酸四乙酯与有机硅烷为前体,合成季铵甲基丙烯酰氧基硅酸盐(QAMS);并用固态29Si交叉极化-魔角旋转核磁共振(29Si CP-MAS NMR)和傅里叶变换红外光谱仪(ATR-FTIR)对QAMS以及整合入PMMA的QAMS进行表征。采用直接接触法(DCT)和菌落形成单位(CFU)计数法评估PMMA树脂对白色念珠菌的抗菌性能。结果:合成的QAMS为有机改性硅酸盐,含有甲基丙烯酰氧基可聚合功能基团;DCT和CFU结果表明含QAMS的PMMA树脂对白色念珠菌具有抗菌效果。结论:QAMS可作为可聚合抗菌单体,赋予PMMA树脂持久的抗白色念珠菌性能。Objectine:To synthesize polymerizable antimicrobial monomer through a silane-based sol-gel route and- characterize the anti-Candida albicans activities of polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) resin incorporated with aforementioned monomer, nethod:Tetraethoxysilane and trialkoxysilanes were used as precursors to synthesize quaternary ammonium methacryloxy silicate (QAMS). QAMS before and after incorporation into PMMA resin were characterized with 29Si Cross Po- larization-Magic Angle Spinning Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (29Si CP-MAS NMR)and Attenuated TotalReflection-Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy(ATR-FTIR).Antimicrobial activities againstCandida albicans of PMMA resins were assessed by Direct Contact Test (DCT) and Colony Forming Unit (CFU) assays. Result:QAMS,as an organically modified silicate,was proved to bear polymerizable methacryloxy group. PMMA resin incorporated with QAMS was antimicrobial to Candida albi- cans,as revealed by DCT and CFU assays. Conchlsion:QAMS could be used as antimierobial monomer that can be copoly- merized with PMMA resin, conferring PMMAresin with anti-Candida albicans activities.
