摘 要:目的:比较不同浓度、不同溶剂长链硅烷偶联剂对瓷和树脂粘接强度的影响。方法:将6种自制长链硅烷偶联剂与2种商品偶联剂处理铸瓷表面,然后采用2种树脂水门汀粘接瓷试件。对粘接试件进行即刻和老化剪切强度测试。结果:长链硅烷偶联剂能显著提高瓷和树脂的粘接强度,其中即刻粘接强度与商品偶联剂效果无显著差异(P>0.05);2%、4%长链硅烷乙醇溶液处理组的老化剪切强度显著高于商品偶联剂(P<0.05)。结论:长链硅烷偶联剂的粘接耐久性优于短链商品偶联剂,其2%乙醇溶液适用于铸瓷修复体表面处理。Objective: To evaluate the concentrations and solvents of long-chain silane coupling agent on the bond strength between ceramic and resin cement. Method: Six experimental long-chain silane coupling agents and two commercial silane coupling agents were applied onto the ceramic surface respectively. The silanized ceramic plates were bonded with two resin cements, and the shear bond strengths were tested. Result:The long-chain silane coupling agents significantly im- proved the bond strength between ceramic and resin cement GO 〈0.05). The immediate bond strength of long-chain silane coupling agents were similar with commercial ones GO 〉0.05) ;while the bond strength after thermal cycling of 2 %,4 % long- chain silane ethanol solutions were Significantly better than commercial ones Go 〈0.05). Conclusion: The durable bond strength of long-chain silane coupling agent is better than short-chain commercial silanes,and the 2 % long-chain silane ethanol solution is suitable for the ceramic surface treatment..
