4种根管充填技术冠方微渗漏的体外评价

摘　　要：目的:评价4种根管充填技术的根管冠向封闭能力。方法:60颗离体单根前牙或前磨牙自釉牙骨质界截断,镍钛旋转器械进行冠向下法根管预备。随机分成A、B、C、D组,A组采用热牙胶垂直加压充填法,B组用固体核心载体充填法,C组用常温流动牙胶充填法,D组用冷牙胶侧压充填法进行根管充填。所有牙齿除根管口外均涂布2层指甲油,用2%甲基蓝溶液浸泡,沿牙长轴纵向剖开标本,双盲下用游标卡尺测量色素渗入根管的长度(精确至0.02 mm)。结果:A、B、C、D组染料渗入长度分别为(1.59±0.45)mm、(1.63±0.58)mm、(1.57±0.30)mm、(3.51±0.36)mm。前3组之间统计学上无显著性差异(P﹥0.01),D组与A、B、C组间有显著性差异。结论:热牙胶垂直加压充填法、常温流动牙胶法和固体核心载体充填法在观察期内,具有较好的根管封闭能力。Objective：to evaluate the 4 root tube to sealing ability of root canal filling technology, with different root filling material for clinical provides the theory basis. Method：60 in vitro single anterior tooth and premolar of bone boundary truncation, since the glaze nickel-titanium rotary instruments for crown down root canal preparation. Randomly divided into group A,B,C,D,thermal tooth gel vertical pressure filling method is used to group A,group B with solid core carrier filling method,group C with room temperature flow tooth gel filling method, group D with cold teeth lateral pressure filling method for root canal filling. All teeth except the root hole 2 layer of nail polish coating,soaking with 2 % methylene blue solution,a- long the long axis of the teeth opened longitudinally specimens,under double-blind pigment infiltration of root canal length is measured with a vernier caliper（accurate to 0.02 mm）. Result：A,B,C,group D dye penetration length （1.59±1.59） mm,respec- tively（1.63±0.58）, （1.57±0.30）,（3.51 ±0.36） mm. Before there was no significant statistical difference between three groups（P 〉 0.01）,the 4 groups before and there is significant difference between the 3 groups. Conclusion：heat the teeth tooth vertical pressure filling method, normal temperature flow glue method and filling method solid core carrier during the observation pe- riod,has good tube sealing capacity.
