咬合主功能区调整对食物嵌塞治疗效果临床观察

摘　　要：目的:参考牙列咬合主功能区分布特点,指导调牙合治疗食物嵌塞,观察临床效果。方法:选择后牙区非龋坏及牙周病的食物嵌塞患者57例,参考正常咬合主功能区分布特点进行临床调牙合治疗,恢复正常咬合应力分布,在接受治疗后2周,4周,6周,8周后进行复查。结果:在咬合调整治疗2周后,90%患者临床症状完全解除,8周后全部患者临床症状解除。结论:通过参考咬合主功能区分布特点对食物嵌塞患者进行咬合调整可以取得很好的临床疗效。Objective：To observe the effect of food iinpaction treatment by occlusal adjustment with referenced the occlusal distribution of main functional zones. Method：all of 57 patients,who claimed food impaction in molar area without caries and periodontosis,were examined and analysis their food impaction areas with imprint bite material. With referenced the occlusal distribution of the main functional zones of usual people,we adjusted their occlusal contact zones to treat food impaction. After 2,4,6,8 week,all patients were examined in clinical. Result：90 % patients claimed their clinical symptoms disappeared;all patients declared their discomfort disappeared after 8 week. Conclusion：when we encounter the food im- paction＇s patients,we could adjust their occlusal contact with referenced the main functional zones.
