摘  要:目的探讨前房注气联合低温保存眼球行治疗性角膜移植的可行性及疗效评价。方法采用新鲜供体眼球抽取房水并注入惰性气体后置-80℃低温冰箱长期保存。作为供体共行治疗性角膜移植55例(58眼),观察治疗效果。结果行板层角膜移植(LK)25例(28眼),穿透角膜移植(PK)30例(30眼),术后平均随访10 2个月,一次手术成功47眼(81.04%),手术失败11眼(18.96%),视力提高33例(34眼)。结论采用此方法行治疗性LK可起到治疗和增视的双重目的,PK可去除病灶、控制炎症、封闭穿孔、保存眼球,为再次增视性手术提供条件。ObjectiveTo investigate the safety and the effectiveness of anterior chamber injection of inert gas combined preservation of doner eyeballs in low temp erature.MethodsThe aqueous of fresh donor eyeballs was removed and inert gas was injected into anterior chambers. They were preserved in-80℃ and would be used in therapeutic co rneal transplantation.ResultsIn the lamellar keretoplasty(LK)group(25 cases,28eyes),24 corneal grafts were transparent and visual acuity of 22cases(23 eyes)was improved after surgery.The surgeries of 4 eyes failed.The penetrating keretoplasty(PK)group inclueded 30 cases(30 eyes).2 corneal grafts were transparent and postoperative visual acuity of 11 cases(11 eyes)was improved.7 of 30 eyes were sacrifice.Of all 55 cases(58 eyes),15 cases(15 eyes)were corneal perforation preoperatively.All the patients were followed up for 6~12 months (averagely 10.2 months).47 eyes were cured with one surgery,the successful rate was 81.04%.ConclusionDonor eyeballs which were injected inert gas into anterior chambers and preserved in low temperature can be used in keratoplasty.Therapeutic LK can be used to treat primary disorder and improved visual aluity at the same time.PK can remove pathological tissue,control inflammation,seal up perforation and resc ue eyeballs.It can also povide convenience for next surgery to improve visual acuity.
